The Senior Construction Project Manager Role The successful Senior Construction Project Manager will be pivotal in managing a diverse portfolio of residential projects, with a primary focus on medium to high-rise student accommodations. These ambitious projects range in value from GBP100m to GBP400m. As the Senior Construction Project Manager, you will: Lead and oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring all projects adhere to the predefined quality, budget, and timeline objectives. Serve as the right-hand person to the Project Director, providing crucial support in steering projects towards successful completion. Develop and nurture lasting relationships with key clients, thereby cementing the consultancy #39;s sterling reputation in the industry.The Senior Construction Project Manager Proven experience in the residential sector, especially in high-rise and build-to-rent projects. Chartered status such as MRICS or MCIOB, demonstrating your commitment to professional excellence. A degree in Engineering, Construction Project Management, or a related field. Demonstrable leadership skills with a history of mentoring and advancing junior staff. A portfolio that includes managing large-scale, complex construction projects valued over GBP50m.In Return?
