We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic IT Service Desk Analyst to start in a fantastic role based in Warrington. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional IT support to employees, ensuring technical issues are resolved efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line technical support to employees, resolving IT issues related to hardware, software, and network problems. Utilize Active Directory and the Microsoft Tech Stack to troubleshoot and resolve user account issues, email problems, and software configuration errors. Collaborate with other IT professionals and teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. Maintain accurate records of IT support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system. Assist with IT-related projects, including software deployments, system upgrades, and hardware installations. Offer excellent customer service, ensuring a positive user experience for all employees. Requirements: Proven experience as an IT Service Desk Analyst or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Windows operating systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with the Microsoft Tech Stack, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
