Job Description Key Responsibilities: Receive and review claims from customers via inbound telephone calls. Verify the accuracy and completeness of each claim, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided. Communicate with customers to gather additional information, clarify details, and address their concerns. Process claims in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to company policies and procedures. Investigate and assess claims to determine eligibility and coverage. Collaborate with the claims department to resolve complex or disputed claims. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, claims processing, and resolution outcomes. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries. Educate customers about the claims process and keep them informed about the status of their claims. Uphold a high standard of professionalism and ethics in all interactions with customers. Assist with additional customer service tasks as needed. The Successful Applicant Proven experience of call handling - inbound calls. Strong administrative skills Proven experience in a similar industry Confident telephone manner. Strong IT skills - Microsoft programmes.
