Service desk analyst

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Service Desk Analyst to join an expanding organisation in Manchester. The role will have the option to be hybrid, with some office working required. The role will be for 6 months. The Role: · Provide 1st and 2nd line support across a range of end user devices, including changing passwords, troubleshooting and setting up new users · Maintain hardware estate, ensuring all hardware is in order and keeping note of any additions and disposals · Ensure support documentation is maintained for all fault fixes and requests · Ensure risks are identified and managed within IT applications · Implement solutions to issues, and escalate these issues when required The Person: · Utilise knowledge of software such as Windows, Active Directory, InTune, and O365 as well as hardware such end user devices · Ability to present technology and solutions in a clear and concise manner to audiences · High levels of personable communication and customer service · Experienced in IT Sector Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contractContract length: 6 months Salary: £27,000.00-£33,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexitime Schedule: 8 hour shift Flexitime Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Reference ID: AW/17789
