Aviation Operations Manager This leading aviation company are looking for an Operations Manager to join their growing team. You will be responsible for managing a small team, ensuring the successful running of the department, while working closely with Sales and commercial. Aviation Manager Role and Responsibility Organise the on call rota, weekly reviews and team meetings. Ensure the team is running effectively and implement and necessary changes. Manager all aspects of flights, liaising with clients and operators. Check weather, slots and permits. Book and check ancillary services. Maintain communication with clients on all aspects of their flight. Operations Manager Skills and Experience Required Three years proven experience in a similar role, ideally in private aviation. Excellent customer service and negotiation skills. Ability to work well and stay calm under pressure and to deal with difficult situations. Strong attention to detail.
