Residential Property Paralegal An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Paralegal to join a highly regarded law firm, based in their Central London office. This firm are property specialists and are well-known for their work in this sector. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual with experience of working in a Residential Conveyancing department. As a Residential Property Paralegal, you will be supporting on a caseload of: Sales and purchases Re-mortgages Transfer of equity Right to buy Shared ownership New buildsDuties will include (but not limited to): Assisting with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks Preparing standard correspondence and documents Ordering property searches Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) return and payment Land Registry applications Review client account ledger Update case management system and database Take and make calls to clients and others in a professional and friendly mannerYou will be given the chance to work with, and learn from, respected solicitors in the industry as you look to progress with your career. Experience: At least 6 months experience working in a conveyancing or real estate team (essential).
