Key responsibilities include: Providing individualised support to students with Special Educational Needs, including those with autism, dyslexia, ADHD, and other learning differences Collaborating closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans Utilising a variety of teaching strategies and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities Offering emotional support and guidance to students, promoting confidence and self-esteem Monitoring student progress and adapting support strategies as needed We #39;re seeking individuals who are: Passionate about inclusive education and championing the rights of all learners Empathetic and patient, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact Adaptable and resourceful, able to think creatively to meet the diverse needs of students Excellent communicators and collaborators, adept at building positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs is desirable but not essential, as comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.
