Deputy team manager child protection and looked after service

Requirements: Social Work Qualification Social Work England Registration Dealing with Child Protection plans, LAC status or in contested court hearings Supervising staff in a children #39;s social work setting Developing staff through mentoring, coaching and training them in order to improve practiceNonStop #39;s client continues to build capacity to support our most vulnerable groups in North West London. To do this they are continuing to attract the right professionals to join them as they continue to provide GOOD services. This authority are in need of a Social Work Deputy Team Manager to lead, supervise and develop a group of Social Workers, ensuring the provision of a consistently high standard of service for children and families. These services will meet or exceed statutory duties and comply with local policies and procedures. You will hold and manage a small caseload of the most complex and challenging cases within the department, including those children who may be on Child Protection plans, Looked After, or subject to contested court proceedings.
