We are seeking a passionate Supported Housing Service Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a team, working together to provide high-quality support to individuals in our community. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a dedicated team, ensuring the delivery of outstanding support services. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and the highest levels of quality and care. Preferred Requirements: Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role within a supported housing or social care setting. Proven ability to motivate and empower a team, driving performance and maintaining a positive working environment. A strong understanding of safeguarding and risk management practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals and organisations. A passion for making a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable individuals within the community.
