Support Workers Outside IR35 A Local Authority based on 1 of the Channel Islands is seeking an experienced Children #39;s Support Worker to help support their Short Breaks Centre which helps provide support to children with disabilities. Highlights: Free Accommodation Will have the opportunity to boost income through overtime and sleep ins This post is outside IR35 so contractors will also be able to use their LTD company and benefit from Tax Relief again increasing disposable income to spend on things you enjoy. The centre is a five bedroom centre with excellent resources such as sensory rooms, sensory gardens, hydrotherapy pool with light and sounds and interactive communication systems to name a few The centre provides short breaks from a few hours to a few days to occasionally longer dependant on needs. This is a Local Authority managed centre so an opportunity to gain statutory experience. This is an excellent opportunity to take on an exciting role which offers an excellent package to help improve income levels through the use of overtime and sleep ins. Furthermore the post is outside IR35 which enables workers to take advantage of tax relief by operating through a Ltd Company. All of this contributes to a higher take home pay and greater disposable income to spend on what you enjoy Furthermore the centre offers service users excellent resources and equipment to promote learning independence skills, enhancing communication or exploring sensory needs within a specialist multi-sensory environment.
