Site maintenance engineer

An Industry leading M E service provider is seeking a Site Maintenance Engineer- electrical bias to work at a large commercial site based in London Waterloo. This role is offering a salary of GBP43,000 with fantastic opportunities to develop and progress within the industry. Job Role: This position is paying an annual salary of GBP43,000. The hours of work are Mon ndash; Fri, 8am ndash; 5pm. The role of a Maintenance Engineer ndash; Is to carry out the servicing and reactive repairs to Electrically based plant equipment, power and lighting. Additionally the engineer will be expected to assist other basic duties as directed by the contract manager. Carry out routines unsupervised (PPM and reactive), diagnose and repair faults on building services L8, AHU maintenance, pumps, motors, heating system fault finding and awareness (Heat exchangers, actuators, pipe work). Relevant work experience includes but is not limited to; * 3 Phase motors * Emergency Lighting * AHU rsquo;s, FCU rsquo;s * Pumps, Motors * Fans, Belts, Filters Skills Required: The successful candidate must have; * With at least 3 years experience in building services * City Guilds or NVQ equivalent in Electrical Installation * Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role For further information or to discuss your application please contact Tyler at The InVictus Group on (phone number removed)
