Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to the needs of Key Stage 2 students. Provide one-on-one and small group support to pupils, assisting with their academic progress and personal development. Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment conducive to learning and growth. Assist in the preparation and organisation of educational materials and resources. Support classroom management and behavior strategies to maintain a productive learning atmosphere. Requirements: Previous experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably within Key Stage 2. Enhanced DBS clearance on the update service or willingness to undergo a new check. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
