Electrical Shift Supervisor Liverpool Street, City of London GBP50,000 - GBP55,000 A brilliant opportunity for an experienced Electrical Shift Supervisor to join a well renowned Building Service Provider on a high end commercial property in the heart of London. This is a high profile contract where you will be supervising a team of maintenance engineers, ensure statuary compliance is being met and build relations with the client. This role will follow a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (Days and Nights) You will be responsible for the PPM and Reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems on site, ensure logbooks are kept up to date, liaise with subcontractors, supervise the team of maintenance engineers and build relations with the client on site. The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Shift Lead/Supervisor, fully qualified in Electrical Installations, (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent) the ability to lead a team and posses a great attitude. Duties: PPMs Reactive maintenance Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Switchgear, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, BMS Operation Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements. Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods. Organising subcontractors Completing logbooks and RAMS Liaising with client representatives in respect of corrective repair works. Permits to work Requirements: Fully qualified in Electrical Engineering (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent) Ability to lead a team of maintenance engineers Prior experience as a Shift Lead / Supervisor is essential Commercial Building Service Maintenance Experience (At least 5 years prior) Career driven and ambition to progress further Polite and personable LV / HV ticket - Desirable Apprentice trained - Desirable Salary and Benefits: GBP50,000 - GBP55,000 per annum 4 on / 4 off (Days and Nights 20 days holiday entitlement Company Pension Package Overtime readily available Additional training Internal progression If you are interested in the role above, please apply with an up to date CV and contact information!
