Site secretary

Site Secretary - Birmingham - 6 month contract (possibility of ongoing) O rsquo;Neill and Brennan are currently looking for a Site Secretary to work alongside a friendly site team on a new build development in Birmingham. The location of the project is easily accessible by public transport and has on site parking. Working hours will be 7:30am/7:45am to 5.00pm - some flexibility with hours. Site Secretary duties: Meeting and greeting visitors to site in a professional and friendly manner Ensuring office meeting rooms are prepared Providing administrative support to the site team, including typing, filing, photocopying, preparing site drawings Requirements: Have previous experience as a Site Secretary working in the construction sector.
