Conveyancing assistant paralegal

We are proud to be representing our top legal client in their search for a Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal. This position will be permanent, based full time in the Bradford office. Key duties to include: * Utilising the Case Management system. * Opening case files and updating key information. * Dealing with completions and exchanges paperwork. * Completing title searches. * Managing sales and purchase. * Undertaking general administrative work. The successful candidate will have: * Previous conveyancing assistant/paralegal experience essential. * Strong administrative skills including spelling and grammar. * Proficient using Microsoft Packages such as word and outlook. * Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player. * Eager for a new opportunity.
