In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in identifying and securing new opportunities, managing the bids and tender process, and driving the growth of our company. We operate in the Water, Energy, and Rail industries, creating essential client account Main Duties and Responsibilities, Some of your responsibilities will include: bull; Management of the end to end bid/tender process to effectively secure new contracts to drive company growth bull; Identifying new opportunities bull; Developing successful bid-winning strategies bull; Responding to commercial queries from clients and other stakeholders bull; Collaborating with internal stakeholders including technical experts to create robust bid responses. bull; Preparation and review of all commercial aspects of proposals bull; Drafting and/or checking proposals bull; Negotiating and agreeing new contracts and contract extensions bull; Conducting monthly reviews of contract performance identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for further growth bull; Assessing technical and commercial risks and opportunities and advise accordingly. bull; Expanding, preserving or improving company templates, procedures, standards or policies bull; Driving continuous improvement, through post-bid reviews.
