Payroll assistant

CMA Recruitment Group is working with a well-known industrial business based near Fareham, Hampshire, to help them recruit a Payroll Assistant on a 12-month fixed term contract. What will the Payroll Assistant role involve: Running the end-to-end payroll for c300 employees (weekly); Setting up new starters and leavers; Sending out payslips through Sage; Raising P45s; Importing information to and from Excel. Suitable candidate for the Payroll Assistant: Solid experience in payroll to be able to hit the ground running; Comfortable in a fast paced, demanding payroll role, especially for the first two days of the week; Experience with CIS would be an advantage but not essential; Due to the office location applicants must have access to a car.
