Location: Bedford MK45 , Bedfordshire Salary: GBP12,500 ( GBP25,000 pro rata) Working Hours: Monday ndash; Friday (2:00pm ndash; 6:00pm) Job Code: MJ1799 Part Time Admin ndash; 20 Hours Key Responsibilities: * Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in databases or spreadsheets. * Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring information is organised and easily accessible. * Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies. * Dealing with incoming enquiries via telephone and email and dealing with in a professional manner. * Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting, distributing, and processing. * Willingness to take on additional tasks or assist with projects as required.
