Credit control supervisor

Credit Control Supervisor Crawley Up to GBP45,000 per annum, depending on experience Permanent Are you a Senior Credit Controller looking for the next step in your career? Or a Credit Control Supervisor looking for your next challenge in a growing business? We are working with a rapidly growing team who are looking for someone to join them as a Credit Control Supervisor, working closely with the Credit Control Manager. This role is supervising a team of 6 people, ensuring you are there to support, train and mentor them, as well as work delegation. In this role your team will be managing a busy ledger as well as supporting in the management of the cash collection. Day to day may include: Proactively managing overdue invoices Contacting customers both over the phone and email Raising and dealing with escalations as required Allocation of monies received Producing statements Reporting and analysis of outstanding debt Day to day management of the teams including training, support, and work delegationYou will be working in a well-established team with excellent longevity and stability, based within newly renovated offices and be given excellent training and support.
