Job Title: SEND Learning Support Assistant / SEND LSA Location: Weston-Super-Mare Start Date: Immediate Start Salary: GBP84 - GBP95 per day Are you a looking to work in a SEND provision? The school aims to provide pupils with a supportive, nurturing and stimulating environment in which all of their needs are met. The school is seeking a passionate team player to take on this long-term role, although there is potential for this to become a permanent placement for the right SEND Learning Support Assistant / SEND LSA. The successful SEND Learning Support Assistant / LSA will bring a new dimension and skill set to this role, be keen to develop their own skills to adapt to the children rsquo;s individual needs and have a positive impact on the wider school. The position will involve working with students between 3 and 19 years with diagnosis of Autism / ASD, SLD / Severe Learning Difficulties and/or PMLD / Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties. A proactive thinker with the ability to take control of situations confidently is necessary.
