Attending industry events, where necessary Updating and utilising our CRM/reporting systems accurately Supporting depots with Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Promoting outstanding customer industry KPIs.What our client expects of their Business Development Manager Proven experience in a Commercial Vehicle Sales or Business Development Manager role Previous experience in the commercial vehicle industry is a must. Experience in the passenger vehicle sector with a strong background will also be considered. Proven track record in business development and achieving targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
