Enforcement Agent Southend ndash; hybrid GBP26,000 My client is looking for an Enforcement Agent to be responsible for visiting debtor rsquo;s properties to arrange payment of outstanding debts, setting up and agreeing repayment arrangements, assisting debtors in completing questionnaires, taking control of goods where required, and removing goods where necessary. The role will also involve making enquiries with neighbors if debtors have moved or left a property, compiling short reports about your visit, assessing debtor vulnerability and signposting them to support services if required, liaising with office-based colleagues regarding active cases, and handling cash payments where required. The role is full-time, permanent, and involves working 40 hours per week, often unsocial hours including evenings and weekends to make sure you can reach people when they rsquo;re at home. Key Responsibilities: Visit debtor rsquo;s properties to arrange payment of outstanding debts. Set up and agree repayment arrangements. Assist debtors in completing questionnaires. Take control of goods ndash; where required. Remove goods - where necessary. Required Knowledge and Experience: Full UK driving license (held for at least 2 years) and be able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles. No previous experience required.
