Business manager document controller construction

Our client is a professional and dynamic Tier One Building Contractor with a track record of delivering major projects and complex mixed used development schemes throughout Scotland. To support their ongoing growth plans in Scotland, they now require an experienced Business Systems / Document Control Manager to join their existing delivery team. The ideal candidate will have the following experience and abilities:- * Sort and file drawings bull; Check drawings and liaise with team for corrections bull; Upload / download drawings from clients rsquo; Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) * Use ldquo;Viewpoint rdquo; Software package * Scan documents bull; Maintain project files bull; Update Registers using Excel, Reports using Word, Presentations using Viewpoint and SIMS Software packages bull; Assist team and liaise with clients rsquo; on all aspects of document control REQUIREMENTS bull; Previous experience of document control in a Main Contracting environment bull; Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications In return, you will be offered a secure and dynamic environment where you will work as a key member the team on interesting high profile developments in Scotland.
