The successful Principal Building Physics Consultant will work on some of the most exciting sustainable design projects in the UK and around the world Location: Bristol Salary: GBP55,000 - GBP65,000 Principal Building Physics Consultant Requirement: An in-depth knowledge of dynamic simulation software and the UK Building Regulations Knowledge and experience of environmental rating tools, such as BREEAM, LEED, SKA, HQM, Reset, WELL and/or other environmental assessment methodologies, from pre-assessment to post-construction stage assessments. Demonstrable knowledge and experience of building physics, particularly in relation to heat transfer, energy, comfort criteria, CIBSE Guidance and other industry standards.
