Our work is essential to enable HS2 trains to travel between London and Birmingham as well as continue their journey up to Manchester. We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a = Package Lead (Buildings / Headhouse) within the Route Wide function. This role will be based on site in Kingsbury. Support the Project Manager in Managing and be accountable for the overall performance and compliance of his Subcontractor(s) Experienced required bull;Bachelor #39;s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a Building Services Engineering. Master #39;s degree preferred. bull; Extensive experience in managing several subcontractors for large building projects. bull; Able to anticipate and set challenging targets, while monitoring simultaneous activities. bull; Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. bull; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of liaising with various stakeholders including designers, contractors, and suppliers. In the Midlands, it is Balfour Beatty VINCI rsquo;s role to design and build the route, ready for tracks and signalling to be installed.
