Job Title: PE Teacher Location: East of England, Essex, Southend-on-Sea Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP41,000 per annum Job Duties: Plan and deliver engaging Physical Education lessons to students. Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the educational needs and abilities of students. Assess and evaluate students #39; progress in physical activities. Provide feedback to students, parents, and school administration on student performance. Organise and supervise extracurricular sports activities and events. Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students. Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Degree in Physical Education or a related field Experience teaching Physical Education at secondary level Knowledge of national curriculum requirements for Physical Education Education: Degree in Physical Education or a related field Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience: Teaching Physical Education at secondary level Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of teaching strategies for Physical Education Ability to effectively assess and evaluate students #39; progress Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management abilities Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education Experience coaching sports teams Working Conditions: Regular working hours with occasional evening or weekend commitments for extracurricular activities Interaction with students, parents, and colleagues on a daily basis Physical activity required during teaching and sports events All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
