Senior property lawyer

My client is searching for a Senior Property Lawyer to join their offices in Mancheseter, Greater Manchester on a hybrid basis Key Tasks Activity Managing on a day to day basis a caseload within the Transactional Team which includes all aspects of the conveyancing transaction from instruction to completion, registration and closure of the file. Daily tasks include: bull; Ensuring due diligence in all areas of processing a residential property transaction bull; Use the OMS to progress cases efficiently and to the timescales set bull; Accountable for all other dealings with other lawyers and other legal aspects on all property transactions bull; Assess risk on every transaction by using skills to make pragmatic decisions and to ensure appropriate legal advice is given bull; Draft legal documents, to include: bull; Standard Precedent Letters bull; Contract packs bull; Exchange letters bull; Freehold AP1s bull; Freeform letters bull; Post Completion works to include: bull; Preparing and sending applications to the Land Registry bull; Stamp Duty Land Tax submissions bull; File closures bull; Checking account ledgers bull; Make telephone calls when requested bull; File lsquo;housekeeping rsquo; bull; Apply for Searches bull; Complete SDLT forms bull; Logical management of key tasks bull; Zetafax bull; Problem Solving Risk Assessment bull; Communication bull; Performance Reviews bull; Reinforce Company Values and Culture bull; Management Requests Skills Required bull; Relevant experience would be an advantage bull; Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook is essential bull; Excellent communication skills, well-spoken and personable; able to get on with diverse personalities bull; Flexible attitude to working practices and demands bull; Strong organisation, planning, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills bull; Confident, resourceful and practical Should you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear Legal and Financial Recruitment.
