Plumber

We are seeking a skilled plumber to join our team on a contract basis, focused on repairs and maintenance of domestic properties based around the South Shields area. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents have access to safe and reliable plumbing systems. Key Responsibilities: Conducting plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks in domestic properties. Diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues efficiently and effectively. Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and procedures. Liaising with residents to provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or queries.Requirements: Proven experience as a Plumber, ideally in a similar role. NVQ level 2 or equivalent within Plumbing. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, techniques, and tools. Valid CSCS card. Asbestos awareness. Manual handling. Working at heights. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Full UK driving licence.
