Position Overview: As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the maintenance operations at our client sites in Central London. We are seeking a candidate with a strong electrical background and prior management experience to lead our skilled maintenance teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of projects. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, capable of delivering top-notch service while adhering to strict safety and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead on-site maintenance teams, providing guidance and support. Oversee the scheduling and allocation of tasks to ensure timely completion of projects. Conduct regular inspections to assess facility conditions and identify maintenance needs. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to address specific requirements and concerns. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards. Budget management, cost control, and reporting. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.Qualifications: Strong electrical background, with relevant qualifications or certifications. Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within facilities maintenance. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices. Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
