Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer - Bradford - Up to GBP46,000 DOE CBW has a brand new opportunity for an experienced gas engineer to join a well established FM company on a mobile basis. This role is covering the Bradford/Halifax region. Below are all the details on this fantastic position. Benefits: Salary of up to GBP46,000 25 days plus bank holidays Company van (private use optional) Company pension 40 hours per week Career progression Reward scheme Key responsibilities: You will be responsible for delivering, services, repairs and maintenance of a wide range of commercial buildings within commercial gas Planned maintenance throughout clients portfolio of properties Carry out reactive and emergency tasks and expected to complete all tasks using handheld technology effectively. Self delivery of smaller installations Electrical wiring of commercial boilers Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems. Have the ability to diagnose and identify faults and failures within the equipment Order and fit parts or components to the equipment when required. Reactive and planned commercial maintenance Providing high level of customer service and building strong relationshipPerson specification: Commercial GasSafe qualifications, COCN1/CODNCO1 minimum Good commercial gas maintenance knowledge Have experience of maintenance, testing fault finding on a variety of equipment: Including, boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, generators, switchgear, cables, Batteries, small power and lighting (where applicable) Knowledge of Health Safety and safe working practices. Extensive experience working within a commercial environments Building services knowledge
