Internal Recruitment Consultant - Doncaster Ballyvesey Holdings is the privately owned parent company of a wide range of trading subsidiaries. Established in 1970, the group rsquo;s main activities are centered around commercial vehicles in transport and logistics, vehicle rental, truck and van sales, aftersales support and maintenance, trailer manufacturing and spare parts sales, transport industry services, construction equipment sales and rental, and property development. We are currently recruiting for an Internal Recruitment Consultant to join our team in an autonomous yet supported working environment and be given the opportunity to manage recruitment within the group. Engaging with allocated group companies by telephone and face to face at meetings to establish staff requirements Drafting comprehensive and realistic job descriptions and person profiles Writing job descriptions and composing vacancy adverts Sourcing candidates Reviewing job applications Conducting telephone screenings and interviews Assessing the suitability of applicants in face to face interviews Managing interviews and client interview feedback Making offer and finalising placements The ideal applicant will be an experienced recruitment consultant either internal or external, a focussed professional with the same vision and values and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising workloads while delivering an effective and comprehensive recruitment service.
