Manage supplier relationships and handle any invoice discrepancies. Prepare payments for suppliers in a timely manner. Assist in the preparation of financial reports. Maintain organised and up-to-date accounting records. Adhere to company policies and accounting principles. Participate in financial audits as required. Offer support to other team members as needed.Profile A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have: A strong background in accounting or finance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Excellent numeracy skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
