This company have a hugely significant turnover, making them market leaders for providing materials into various high profile clients in the construction industry. In this role you will be working alongside the Operations Manager and the Production Manager, responsible for maintaining and improving the performance of plant, through improved mechanical and electrical reliability as well as ensuring engineering compliance is in line with all company policies and procedures. This role would suit an experienced engineering manager who #39;s looking to take on a hands on and involved role leading an extremely hardworking team of engineers. The Role: Ensure that all engineering contractors and suppliers that are engaged on engineering / maintenance tasks are compliant with SHEQ expectations Oversee the management of all people activities related to engineering and maintenance, applying company policy and best practice consistently, reasonably and fairly.
