The Opportunity We now have an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our Torr Quarry, near Shepton Mallet. You rsquo;ll be based at one of Europe #39;s largest super quarries where supported by our experienced engineers you rsquo;ll become an essential member of the team. As part of our day shift engineering team you rsquo;ll attend reactive breakdowns across our automated equipment and our own high voltage network as well as PPM rsquo;s and project work such as installations of new equipment. Your shift will be 4on 4off rotating between 05:30-17:30 10:00-22:00. If your shift falls into the weekend then these are adjusted to 06:00-18:00 (with a 09:00 Saturday start should you be on the afternoon shift.) As part of our Electrical team onsite you rsquo;ll have a real opportunity to develop your skills and qualifications as we continue our modernisation of the site through new equipment and updated PLC rsquo;s onsite. With a focus on Health Safety across our business this role is no different, you rsquo;ll carry out all repairs safely and continue to maintain a hazard free environment.
