Mechanical engineer

TEXO Recruitment are delighted to be representing our external client, a leading provided in engineering, manufacturing, and servicing of equipment. Our client has a requirement for a Mechanical Engineer to join them on a full-time, permanent basis at their workshop based in Oldmeldrum, Aberdeenshire. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for undertaking jobs and work instruction from the Workshop Manager and of the Company rsquo;s operational activities. Duties: bull; General workshop duties. bull; Follow company job cards. bull; Keep workshop timesheet up to date on all jobs. bull; Participate in HSEQ training or other identified training and personal development bull; Assist with any customer and/or third-party tasks. bull; Represent the Company in a professional manner both on and off the job. bull; Perform any other duties as directed by the Directors. bull; Assist with Forklift when required. bull; To follow organisational integrated management system policies and procedures in compliance to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other legal requirements. Requirements: bull; A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Word. bull; Time served Mechanic with certificates of training to back this up. bull; Semi-skilled Mechanic (depending on the needs and requirements of the business) with certificates of training to back this up
