We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Planner within the Planning Team. This role will be based in Water Orton. The project rsquo;s most complex network of structures in the West Midlands, this sublot includes the Delta Junction ndash; a triangular section of the high-speed railway made up of nine precast segmental viaducts, embankments, and other bridging structures, with around 10km of track crossing a network of motorways, roads and rivers. Day to day planning function of a Sub Lot. Maintenance of working programme. Day to day maintenance of the Clause 32 monthly programme. Experienced required bull; Computer literacy: - Primavera (all versions) - Microsoft Project - Word/Excel - TiLOS - Synchro bull; Some site experience of which some must be in relevant disciplines and some as a discipline planner. bull; Some experience of planning project control services within large complex environments within the construction and engineering industry bull; A working knowledge of methods of project controls, planning and performance reporting Please note candidates will need to have a current valid right to work in the UK to be considered for this role. Support the functions of the Senior Planner to ensure timely delivery of key progress updates and assist in the management of the Programme, project controls and reporting for the pumping stations and MEP Buildings scope. Experienced required Softwares: - Primavera (all versions) - PowerBi - Microsoft Project - Word/Excel Some experience of planning project control services within the construction environment. A high level understanding of methods of project controls, planning and performance reporting. Some knowledge of risk analysis. Some understanding of the events that initiate, and of the methods used to demonstrate, delay or change entitlement. A level understanding of the construction market, methods of construction, plant, equipment and labour requirements.Responsibilities bull; Production of detailed, resource and cost loaded programmes and construction look-aheads. bull; Submission of the weekly and monthly project reports, dashboards, and presentations. bull; Ensure the accuracy of data communicated and reported to all stakeholders. bull; Review Sub-contractors rsquo; programmes and reports. bull; Monitor progress against plan and review with Planning lead.
