Role Overview of the Qualifications Developer- Team Leader: You will lead a team of Qualifications Executives in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our qualifications and assessments. Working within a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will closely interact with seasoned professionals in the field to drive excellence and innovation. Key Responsibilities: bull; Leading a Team: Manage and mentor a team of Qualifications Executives to ensure the quality and effectiveness of qualifications and assessments. bull; Managing a Portfolio of Qualifications: Oversee a portfolio of qualifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards. bull; Training, 1-2-1 #39;s, and Coaching: Conduct training sessions, one-on-one meetings, and coaching sessions with team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance. bull; Drafting Specifications and Assessments: Meticulously craft specifications and assessments based on established guidelines and industry standards, ensuring clarity and effectiveness. bull; Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts: Partner with subject matter experts to gather insights and expertise to inform the development of frameworks and templates for qualification and assessment criteria. bull; Developing Frameworks/Templates: Contribute to the creation of robust frameworks and templates for qualification and assessment criteria, synthesizing complex information into user-friendly formats. bull; Addressing Queries from Internal Stakeholders: Act as a key point of contact within the team, fielding inquiries and addressing concerns from various internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and stakeholder satisfaction. bull; Maintaining Qualifications and Updating Criteria: Play a vital role in maintaining the relevance and currency of our qualifications by monitoring industry trends, gathering feedback, and proactively updating criteria as needed. Key Requirements of the Qualifications Developer- Team Leader bull; Graduate calibre with strong English and verbal communication skills bull; Proven track record in coaching and leading a small team bull; Genuine interest in Research and Development and Project Support bull; Experience and knowledge in Qualification and Assessment design bull; Strong attention to detail and ability to comprehend different stages of the process bull; Inquisitive mindset and ability to ask probing questions bull; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AI is advantageous bull; Background in proofreading, bid support, or project administration is a plus bull; Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Immediate starts are available!
