Responsibilities Budget Management - Manage the project budgets and adhere to the financial targets throughout the life cycle of the project. Value Engineering - Be able to identify cost saving opportunities to maximise project profitability. Cost Control - Monitor project costs, identify variations and implement the correct actions to keep the project on track financially. Financial Reporting - Prepare financial reports to report to Managing Director Commercial Director. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations in the UK House-building industry.The ideal candidate will have experience within a residential developer in either a Senior Quantity Surveyor position or a Quantity Surveyor who is seeking career progression.
