Role: Head of Commercial Property Location: Ashford, Kent Hours: 9am-5pm - Flexi negotiable Salary: GBP60k-GBP80k DOE Our client is looking for an experienced Commercial property Solicitor/lawyer to head the department in their office located in Ashford. You #39;ll have experience in supervising a team and managing a department and have experience in all things Commercial Property. You #39;ll take on current clients as well as being responsible for growing new business. The office is centrally located with great access to public transport. Qualifications/Experience: * 8 years PQE * Planning Agreements. Mortgages. Sales Purchases. Leases, tenancies licences.
