Mobile fabric engineer

Mobile Fabric Engineer ndash; FM Service Provider - Commercial Buildings ndash; Berkshire ndash; up to GBP35,650 per annum Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider on a mobile basis covering Reading, Guildford Slough. You will be responsible for the fabric maintenance on a bank and retail contract in the Berkshire area. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of most general fabric trades such as basic carpentry, plumbing and painting. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to GBP35,650, overtime and further training. Package Working hours Up to GBP35,650 Monday to Friday 08:00 am ndash; 17:00 pm Callout 1 in 8/9 25 days holiday + Bank holidays Further training Company pensionKey duties Responsibilities Painting Decorating Basic lighting Fixing Furniture Hanging Pictures Shelves Maintain and update Log books Assist the maintenance team on site Escort sub-contractors To undertake basic ldquo;Fabric duties rdquo; which would include touching up paintwork, tightening hinges, install/repair blinds, changing locks , making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and putting together small equipment like chairs etc.Requirements Must have some trade certificates (Plumbing, Carpentry, etc) Knowledge of commercial building maintenance An understanding of most building fabric duties Good communication skills Health Safety experience Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use) Ability to deliver excellent customer service Self-motivation with the ability to manage tight time constraints and prioritise workloadIf you are interested in this position get in touch with Archie at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information
