Position: Executive HR Assistant Industry: Construction Contract Type: Permanent Location Brackley Hours: Full-time Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Salary: GBP28,000 - GBP35,000 per annum Please note this role is fully office based We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and dedicated Executive Assistant HR professional to join a leading supplier of space solutions in the construction industry. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination. Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee record management. Coordinate company-wide events and ensure smooth execution. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making. Skills Required: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in MS Office suite. Knowledge of HR processes and practises is a plus. Competitive salary ranging from GBP28,000 to GBP35,000 per year.
