Contract Manager FM Service Provider - City of London Up to GBP60,000 + Package Fantastic opportunity to work for an FM service provider in London. Alice Rose Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to oversee all hard services across a commercial portfolio in London. The successful candidate will come from a technical M E background and will have experience in the overall day to day running of multiple contracts, commercially aware (P L) and managing various clients across the landlord and tenant area #39;s. In return the company is offering a competitive package paying up to GBP60,000 based on experience, further training, and career progression. Hours of work Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm Key duties responsibilities * Report directly to the Operations Manager * Manage agreed KPI and SLA #39;s. * Responsible for managing the company #39;s H S and environmental performance on the contract. * Plan and implement building shutdowns and complex client project works. * Responsible for managing the company #39;s quality procedures on site. * Recruitment of any new staff * Responsible for the development of all staff, which will include annual appraisals. * Manage staff absenteeism and be responsible for disciplinary issues. * Management of client relationships on a daily basis. * Management of all reports. * Manage any additional business opportunities that will deliver client satisfaction and increase contract sales revenue. * Offer technical support to both the client and the engineering team. * Responsible for the permit system. * Attend client meetings. * Full financial P L responsibility Requirements * Qualified in an engineering discipline (Electrical or Mechanical); C G, HNC, HND or higher. * Experience of service delivery across a portfolio of commercial sites * Previous experience of managing an engineering team. * A proven track record in commercial building maintenance * Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients. * Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload. * Excellent communication and customer service skills
