You will become a pivotal member of a recognised provider, who are investing in expansion, progression and quality care delivery. What You`ll Do: - Oversee multiple services across the Coventry, Leamington Spa, and South Birmingham areas. - Drive operational excellence and innovation to enhance the quality of life for individuals with learning disabilities. - Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care and support. - Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic initiatives for growth and improvement.
