Assistant quantity surveyor

We are working with a contractor based in Manchester who are recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their business. The organisation work on fit out and construction projects across the North West and have some schemes further afield. They offer full life cycle/turnkey projects within industrial, commercial, residential, fit out and retail. Projects are ranging between GBP50k and GBP15m in value. The position is for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor able to work on their own initiative. Working with clients and managing sub contractor payments, bills of quantities, pricing, estimating, cost analysis. Ensuring projects are on time and within budget. You will be provided with ongoing training and career development which will be paid for provided by the employer. There is an opportunity to work for an expanding commercial team and develop into Senior Quantity Surveyor.
