Role - Sales Administrator Location - Rotherham An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly customer focussed individual to join our thriving client based in Rotherham! We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic candidate who is experienced in and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service within a sales office environment. Key duties will include: Handling inbound customer sales enquiries on the telephone and via email Checking stock levels, pricing and producing quotations using the company database. Accurately processing sales orders Dealing with customer queries, obtaining technical information regarding products where required Sourcing items from other suppliers when required Identifying opportunities to upsell on orders where possibleGood ICT skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook and Microsoft OneNote is essential.
