SEMH Learning Support Assistant Job Title: SEMH Learning Support Assistant Salary/ Rate: GBP92.50- GBP100 per day Location: Salford Sector / Industry: Education Do you have experience working with pupils with SEMH needs within a Primary School setting? Are you looking for a role that offers flexibility and an opportunity to gain more experience? Then MILK Education can help! We are working with a Primary School in the Salford area who have an immediate requirement for a Learning Support Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with pupil #39;s with SEMH (Social and Emotional Mental Health) needs. The school caters to children who have been perminantly exculuded from other settings, so they can on occasions display extremely challenging behaviour, therefore it is essential that you have experience. You will assist these pupil #39;s throughout the school day to various lessons. It is essential that you have a good understanding of the national curriculum. * Have previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant (voluntary welcome). * Have previous experience working with pupils with SEMH and challenging behaviour. * Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident. * Two suitable references covering the last 2 years. * Hold a current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
