As a supervisor at Scania assistance, you will be responsible for coordinating support for customers in need of roadside assistance. The role requires a forward thinker who can build positive working relationships and ensure the smooth and efficient running of our centre. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and enhance performance and processes. Ensure the effective and efficient running of the Service Coordination team. Build and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
