Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Quantity Surveyor - a leading Tier 1 contractor is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team delivering projects across the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on prestigious design and build projects across the West Midlands. Why Apply: Our client is one of the UK #39;s leading construction groups, they have a track record of delivering multi-sector projects including commercial, healthcare, education and PRS schemes ranging from GBP5m - GBP100m. They are also partners on several frameworks including SCAPE, MOJ, P22 / P23+. Department for Education and as such have an extremely strong pipeline of work and a full order book for 2024 / 2025. The initial project is an exciting healthcare development for a prestigious public sector client in Birmingham (GBP12m). You will be the commercial lead on the project reporting directly into the Commercial Manager - which is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and progress within the business.
