Administration assistant

My client is recruiting for an Administration Assistant due to internal progression. You will be working in a small team which is the main central hub in Hull. This is a varied role which involves providing administrative support in a variety of areas of the business. THE ROLE: This role would suit a person who has experience providing administration support across the business. We require a person who has a stable working history and who is looking for their forever career. Some of your duties will include: Processing purchase orders. Assisting the training department with administration support. Providing a high level of customer service internally. Dealing with year end stats for the business. This is a full-time position, fully office based. THE CANDIDATE: Previous experience working in an administrative function. The ability to work to deadlines and able to work with and support a small team. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
