This Operations Team Leader - Nights position requires an individual with a strong focus on logistics to ensure effective and efficient operations. The role involves managing the flow of goods, overseeing the supply chain, and implementing strategic plans. The role is for 7 months fixed term contract and the shift pattern for the role is Thursday to Monday, starting from 1.30am, completing a 42 hours a week. Description The Operations Team Leader will be responsible for the following Leading and managing a team to meet company objectives. Ensuring all logistics operations are carried out efficiently. Implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency. Tracking and reporting team performance. Providing training and guidance to team members. Addressing issues related to logistics and team performance. Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Profile A successful Operations Team Leader should have: A background in retail and knowledge of logistics. Proven experience in a similar team leader role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to strategise and implement operational improvements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
